What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum events including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective.
• Coach the team on Scrum framework practices and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments that hinder project progress and team effectiveness.
• Manage external interference to protect team focus and productivity.
• Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring clear goals.
• Monitor and improve team dynamics to maintain high performance and motivation.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background check.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
• CSM or equivalent certification.
