What you will do

• Organise and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile/SAFe practices.
• Remove blockers and identify risks to maintain delivery momentum.
• Coordinate migration workstreams and manage timelines and documentation in Jira.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and Release Managers on production planning.
• Coach teams on continuous improvement and protect them from external disruptions.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 3-4+ years of experience as a Project or Delivery Manager.
• Strong proficiency in Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• English: C1 (fluent business communication) required.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as PSM I, PSM II, or CSM.
• Experience in financial services, payments, or infrastructure migration.
