What you will do

• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5 Enterprise Sales Leaders across the East Coast.
• Develop and execute business plans to consistently overachieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Manage the full sales ecosystem from lead generation through closing.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to refine and execute the go-to-market strategy.
• Mentor and develop the next generation of sales leaders within the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading Enterprise sales leaders.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of annual sales overachievement.
• Experience leading teams selling through security channel partners.
• Deep experience with SaaS sales, specifically cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, or security.
• Proficiency in the MEDDIC sales methodology.

Nice to have

• Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning.
• Experience selling large deals to Fortune 1000 enterprises.
