Salary: $175,000 - $210,000 plus bonus or commissions

What you will do

• Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve bookings, pipeline generation, and customer acquisition objectives.
• Develop and execute territory strategies aligned with growth priorities and go-to-market initiatives.
• Coach sellers on prospecting, qualification, executive engagement, and deal strategy.
• Implement and reinforce enterprise sales methodologies including MEDDPICC and value-based selling.
• Partner with channel organizations and alliance partners to expand market coverage.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• 3+ years of first-line sales leadership managing quota-carrying Account Executives.
• Proven success leading teams to exceed bookings targets and driving new logo acquisition.
• Experience selling cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure solutions.
• Strong proficiency in MEDDPICC and operational discipline.
• Must be based in the United States, specifically the PacNW region.
