What you will do
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of territory account managers and channel sellers to achieve aggregate quota targets.
- Develop and execute territory strategy, including coverage models and joint plans with resellers and distributors.
- Manage a disciplined sales cadence, including pipeline reviews and weekly forecasting in Salesforce.
- Engage personally on strategic opportunities, leading executive conversations and navigating complex commercial structures.
- Partner with Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to shape solutions and ensure successful deployment.
- Represent the company at major industry events like NAB, IBC, and SMPTE.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Minimum 10 years of enterprise technology sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of selling into the Media & Entertainment industry (broadcast, studios, post-production, streaming).
- Technical fluency in media workflows, cloud economics, and SaaS solutions.
- Expertise in Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for customer visits and industry events.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Certification or training in MEDDIC or Challenger sales methodologies.
