What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of territory account managers and channel sellers to achieve aggregate quota targets.
  • Develop and execute territory strategy, including coverage models and joint plans with resellers and distributors.
  • Manage a disciplined sales cadence, including pipeline reviews and weekly forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Engage personally on strategic opportunities, leading executive conversations and navigating complex commercial structures.
  • Partner with Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to shape solutions and ensure successful deployment.
  • Represent the company at major industry events like NAB, IBC, and SMPTE.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Minimum 10 years of enterprise technology sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of selling into the Media & Entertainment industry (broadcast, studios, post-production, streaming).
  • Technical fluency in media workflows, cloud economics, and SaaS solutions.
  • Expertise in Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for customer visits and industry events.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
  • Certification or training in MEDDIC or Challenger sales methodologies.
