What you will do

• Establish and scale project management processes to provide visibility into Core Technology milestones and risks.
• Partner with engineering leadership to align technology roadmaps, priorities, and strategic delivery.
• Manage the Core Technology backlog, balancing business needs, technical requirements, and team capacity.
• Facilitate project planning, dependency management, and cross-team coordination across technical workstreams.
• Develop clear project status reporting and risk assessments for studio leadership.
• Identify and resolve blockers, resource constraints, and alignment issues across stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be a legal resident of AZ, CA, FL, MI, NY, NC, TX, or WA.
• 3–5+ years of project management or technical production experience supporting engineering teams.
• 3–5+ years of experience in game development or software development environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to executive leadership.
• Familiarity with the full game development lifecycle and project management tools like Jira or Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting engine, tools, rendering, or online services teams.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience working on AAA game development projects.
