Agile Practitioner (Digital Products)

TL;DR

Agile Practitioner (Digital Products): Owning the training, implementation, and adoption of Agile practices across software design and development teams with an accent on operationalizing the Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM). Focus on embedding lean product discovery, flow-based delivery, and measuring outcomes to improve value delivery and resilience at scale.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Overland Park, KS or Cary, NC, US)

What you will do

• Translate DPOM principles into actionable delivery frameworks like Scrum and Kanban tailored to product context.
• Establish and maintain the operating playbook including rituals, roles, artifacts, and decision cadences.
• Design and deliver role-based training and provide hands-on coaching for Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Engineering teams.
• Integrate AI-enabled accelerators for backlog generation, code assistance, and documentation.
• Define and operationalize delivery metrics such as lead time, cycle time, OKRs, and SLO attainment.
• Facilitate a Community of Practice to institutionalize learning and evolve standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Process Lead) supporting software product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Deep fluency in Scrum, Kanban, Lean product discovery, and flow metrics.
• Competence with product/engineering toolchains including Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub/GitLab.
• Certifications such as CSM/PSM, A-CSM/PSM II, KMP, or SAFe/SPC.
• Must be based in or able to work from Overland Park, KS or Cary, NC; relocation is not provided.

Nice to have

• Background working with cloud-native architectures, APIs, and data/ML pipelines.
• Exposure to AI-assisted software delivery and knowledge management.
• Experience aligning product portfolio governance with investment models and stage gates.
