What you will do
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key leaders and decision-makers within a subset of active SMB partners.
- Develop long-term strategies to help partners meet their business goals and increase their profitability.
- Assess partner potential to encourage movement up within the partner program tiers.
- Manage business development and co-selling opportunities to and from partners.
- Collaborate with Sales, Enablement, CS, Marketing, and Product teams to educate partners on platform enhancements.
- Contribute creative strategies to advance company values and execute the long-term vision.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of SaaS account management, partner, or sales experience.
- Proven ability in influencing and professional relationship building.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to act as a thought leader in large groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Must be located in the US.
