What you will do

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of existing customers.
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end commercial process from opportunity identification to closing.
  • Organize Executive Business Reviews and lead strategic customer conversations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and consulting teams to drive product adoption and business outcomes.
  • Guide customers on utilizing AI-powered capabilities to optimize their workflows.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Commercial mindset focused on creating tangible value for customers.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
