What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of existing customers.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize growth and expansion opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end commercial process from opportunity identification to closing.
- Organize Executive Business Reviews and lead strategic customer conversations.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and consulting teams to drive product adoption and business outcomes.
- Guide customers on utilizing AI-powered capabilities to optimize their workflows.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Commercial mindset focused on creating tangible value for customers.
- Fluent English proficiency.
