What you will do

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth within a portfolio of current customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure satisfaction and alignment with solutions.
  • Develop tailored account strategies, including regular check-ins and business reviews.
  • Monitor customer adoption metrics to address usage challenges and drive expansion.
  • Manage leads, opportunities, and accounts using Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure smooth implementation of new solutions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for managing leads and opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create accurate sales forecasts.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
