What you will do
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth within a portfolio of current customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure satisfaction and alignment with solutions.
- Develop tailored account strategies, including regular check-ins and business reviews.
- Monitor customer adoption metrics to address usage challenges and drive expansion.
- Manage leads, opportunities, and accounts using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure smooth implementation of new solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for managing leads and opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create accurate sales forecasts.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
