What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for technical support via ticketing systems, email, chat, and phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of hardware, network, and software issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and manage user accounts and permissions within Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
• Configure and install equipment, including cables, operating systems, and software, and maintain asset management records.
• Monitor enterprise systems for performance and reliability, executing necessary maintenance and upgrades.
• Support mobile devices (iPhone and Android) and meeting room technology, including Microsoft Teams and Logitech equipment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in service desk or system administration.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory (Azure AD preferred), Windows 10, and Microsoft 365.
• Basic experience with network administration and troubleshooting (DHCP, DNS).
• Technical support proficiency with Apple MacOS and iOS.
• Availability for rotating 24/7 on-call duty, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work onsite in Cottonwood Heights, Utah.

Nice to have

• 4-year degree in Information Systems or a related technical certificate.
• Network+ certification.
• A+ certification.
