What you will do

• Serve as the first-level Help Desk for TEN Lab systems and accounts.
• Onboard new users by setting up equipment, accounts, and tools.
• Maintain accurate asset records and manage the customer SAN NetApp storage.
• Perform systems administration tasks, including patching and network infrastructure maintenance.
• Develop and refine lab standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.
• Provide technical support for VPN, VDI (Citrix), MacOS, and iOS.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
• Ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
• 5+ years of overall relevant experience, with 3+ years in IT Helpdesk support.
• 3+ years of experience supporting MacOS and iOS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience (7+ years).
• Proven proficiency in asset management and ticket processing.

Nice to have

• Experience writing technical SOPs.
• Skills in virtualization automation and optimization.
• Knowledge of VPN and virtual desktops (Citrix, VMWare).
• Security+ certification.
