Salary: $70,000 – $105,200 annually

What you will do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for desktop and technology support requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and access issues across Windows and macOS.
- Manage enterprise technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and VPN solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with IT colleagues to streamline support processes and implement scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 1+ years of IT support experience
- Proficiency in ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing systems
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD user-level management
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both Windows and macOS environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Diego, CA
