What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide IAM standardization, including identity lifecycle and access governance.
• Drive automation across IAM to streamline administration and improve user experience.
• Support enterprise application onboarding into Azure Entra ID, including SSO and RBAC.
• Enhance privileged access management and implement scalable monitoring and auditability solutions.
• Advance Zero Trust Identity Fabric principles across users, devices, and non-human identities.
• Build identity automation using a DevOps mindset, including scripting and pipeline development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in IAM and cloud automation within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access and PIM.
• Strong automation and scripting skills using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with office attendance required Monday through Thursday.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Advanced knowledge of SSO methods (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview for DLP and data classification.
• Experience with workload identity patterns like SPIFEE & SPIRE.
• Knowledge of policy-as-code frameworks like OPA / Rego.
• Experience with secrets management tools like HashiCorp or Azure Key Vault.
