What you will do

• Lead IAM architecture, engineering, and operations for workforce, privileged, and cloud identity services.
• Implement modernization initiatives including SSO, MFA, passwordless authentication, and Zero Trust security principles.
• Oversee identity lifecycle automation (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) integrating Workday, Okta, and Entra ID.
• Manage PAM operational governance supporting least privilege and Just-in-Time (JIT) access.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide User Access Reviews (UAR) and ensure compliance with SOX, NIST, and GDPR frameworks.
• Mentor and develop a global team of IAM architects, engineers, and security analysts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or enterprise security engineering.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing IAM or cybersecurity teams in global organizations.
• Deep expertise in Okta Identity Cloud and PAM platforms such as CyberArk.
• Strong knowledge of protocols including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, and FIDO2.
• Proficiency in automation using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, and Terraform.
• Must be based in El Segundo, California.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
• Experience with ITDR platforms like CrowdStrike Identity Threat Protection or Semperis DSP.
• Knowledge of endpoint and server privilege management across multiple OS platforms.
