Location: Remote (USA)
Salary: $145,000 – $220,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead and manage globally distributed IGA teams supporting ERP, CRM, HRIS, and cloud environments.
- Define and scale RBAC frameworks with a focus on Non-Human Identities (NHI), including API keys, secrets, and AI agents.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to integrate IAM controls into the platform architecture and development lifecycle.
- Own the operational health, scalability, and reliability of enterprise IAM platforms and services.
- Establish zero-trust aligned IAM processes and enforce least-privilege methodologies across the organization.
- Lead engineering efforts to build automated IAM workflows for self-service access and continuous certifications.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 8-10+ years of experience in technical security roles, with 5+ years of people management experience.
- Extensive background in IGA and architecting large-scale RBAC frameworks.
- Expertise in identity protocols for NHI, specifically SPIFFE/SPIRE, mTLS, and secrets management.
- Hands-on experience with AI security challenges, including LLM integrations and AI agent authorization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
- Experience managing identity lifecycle processes for organizations with 10,000+ users.
