What you will do

• Architect and manage the enterprise identity platform (SSO, lifecycle, MFA) using Terraform as the source of truth.
• Design and codify access control models and provisioning workflows to eliminate manual operations.
• Automate periodic access reviews and governance across cloud and SaaS portfolios.
• Harden the device-to-identity trust boundary by integrating identity providers with MDM platforms.
• Define and instrument identity KPIs to track program maturity and operational efficiency.
• Utilize AI coding agents to draft and validate infrastructure-as-code and provisioning logic.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada
• Production experience engineering enterprise identity platforms at scale (SSO, lifecycle management, MFA).
• Strong proficiency in IaC (Terraform) applied to identity infrastructure.
• Deep working knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Experience writing automation code in Python, Go, or similar languages.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI coding/agent tools in a production engineering context.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating device trust with MDM platforms.
• Familiarity with self-service access request platforms.
• Experience operating in compliance environments (SOX, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA).
• Exposure to zero-trust architecture patterns.
