Salary: $130,200–$241,800

What you will do
- Lead design and implementation of Saviynt EIC-based identity solutions including lifecycle management, access requests, and certifications.
- Drive end-to-end identity lifecycle automation (joiner, mover, leaver) to reduce manual intervention.
- Develop Saviynt workflows, rules, REST integrations, and custom connectors with HR, Active Directory, Azure AD, and SaaS platforms.
- Serve as technical SME for Saviynt, defining standards, best practices, and architectural patterns.
- Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Compliance teams for integrated solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex identity issues, optimize performance, support audits, and drive DevOps practices including CI/CD.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree recommended or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in IAM/IGA with strong engineering focus.
- 3+ years hands-on with Saviynt EIC (workflows, rules, connectors, integrations).
- Strong programming in Java, Python or similar; REST APIs, JSON, SQL, data modeling.
- Experience with identity lifecycle automation, RBAC/ABAC, Active Directory, Azure AD integrations.
- DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD); support for regulated U.S. Government environments (CMMC, NIST SP 800-171 preferred).
- Strong communication, documentation, and ability to work across time zones.
