TL;DR

Senior Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generating qualified leads and executing outbound prospecting campaigns to drive new business for a digital experience platform with an accent on lead qualification and pipeline growth. Focus on identifying new contacts, nurturing prospect relationships, and coordinating discovery calls with Account Executives.

Location: Hybrid 3x/week in Manchester or Salem, NH, United States

Compensation: $45,500–$65,000 base + 30% commission

What you will do

  • Manage inbound leads and execute outbound prospecting campaigns to drive growth.
  • Identify new contacts, assess fit, and introduce hirify.global’s solutions to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Nurture prospect relationships throughout the sales cycle with professionalism.
  • Schedule discovery calls and coordinate product demos with sales and pre-sales teams.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills—confident, clear, and engaging.
  • Comfort with cold outreach and a drive to succeed in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Interest in technology and a desire to build a career in enterprise sales.
  • Must be based in Manchester or Salem, NH for hybrid work (3x/week).
  • Must be eligible to work in the US (E-verify will be utilized).
