TL;DR

Knowledge Management Strategy Lead (Fintech): Owning the full content and readiness lifecycle for complex financial functions with an accent on knowledge strategy, governance, and AI integration. Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Denver, CO or Westlake, TX (in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week)

Salary: $101,000 - $119,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end content strategy and governance for Help Center articles, SOPs, runbooks, and policy documentation.
  • Lead readiness planning for product launches, including go/no-go recommendations and risk mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and CX partners to drive alignment.
  • Establish scalable content standards and information architecture frameworks across multiple functions.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and lead post-launch improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize AI to solve domain-specific knowledge problems and streamline operational workflows.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience in knowledge management and content strategy.
  • Proven track record of independently owning complex functions and making program-level decisions.
  • Expertise in governance, information architecture, and content lifecycle operations.
  • Ability to deliver executive-level communication tailored to different stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills capable of handling multiple complex workstreams.
  • Active FINRA licenses where functionally necessary.
