Salary: $142,000 - $263,000.

What you will do

• Define and communicate the platform vision, strategy, and roadmap for index data management.
• Lead the end-to-end agile delivery lifecycle from ideation to production.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure platform architecture meets security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven metrics and user feedback.
• Collaborate on data interoperability and AI-readiness for agentic workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in index providers, asset management, or bank derivatives desks.
• Extensive domain knowledge of global financial data and benchmark index creation.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, architecture, and Databricks.
• Proven track record of managing and launching data products in technology-driven environments.
• Experience with agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS cloud and Databricks platforms.
• Knowledge of machine learning, data science, and agentic workflows.
• Agile or Scaling certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe, LeSS).
