Salary: $120,000–$150,000

What you will do
- Develop and track GTM plans to drive scalable business growth and profitability.
- Own the administration and optimization of the sales technology stack.
- Identify and implement AI tools to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Design and manage outbound dialer strategies and engagement cadences.
- Lead monthly workforce and incentive planning to address staffing and hiring needs.
- Partner with Sales and Ops leadership to drive productivity, quality, and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy roles.
- Must be based in the US (preference for IL, CO, AZ; other states subject to approval).
- Proven experience in capacity planning and workforce management processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high-impact initiatives.
- Experience managing customer outreach and CRM workflows.
- Ability to attend occasional in-person meetings.
