Structured Investments Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote)

Salary: $150,000 – $200,000

What you will do

• Identify market opportunities and propose innovative solutions for the structured investments industry.
• Own strategic initiatives across the platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define product requirements by writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for software engineers.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product features from conception and testing to launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to maintain transparent project communication plans.
• Monitor post-launch performance and investigate production issues impacting users.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in product management, preferably within fintech, wealth management, or capital markets.
• Must be based in New York, NY to support the hybrid office schedule.
• Proven track record of solving complex, unfamiliar problems through innovative solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools including JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Postman.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to partner closely with engineering teams.
