What you will do

• Manage end-to-end facility operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse staff and local leadership to foster an agile, startup-minded culture.
• Optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Control labor costs and expenses to ensure financial performance and budget alignment.
• Maintain absolute inventory accuracy through regular audits and tech-driven tracking tools.
• Oversee complex logistics, including sourcing materials and handling heavy palletized shipments.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a hands-on operational environment.
• Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing SOPs to enhance warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Northvale, New Jersey
