TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Sales): Creating new business opportunities by developing relationships with potential customers and outbound prospecting with Enterprise Sales Executives with an accent on lead generation and pipeline growth. Focus on identifying client needs, setting up meetings for Field Reps, and contributing to long-term business growth through strategic campaigns.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Austin, TX

What you will do

  • Generate qualified meetings for Field Reps through cold calls, emails, and strategic campaigns.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate automation solutions.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Coordinate meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives.
  • Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results to the BDR Manager.
  • Stay updated on new products, services, and pricing models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6-12+ months of experience in a sales role (internships count).
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Exposure or experience with Salesforce.
