TL;DR
Business Development Representative (SaaS): Generating qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting for cloud data infrastructure with an accent on account research and consultative discovery conversations. Focus on engaging technical buyers (data, analytics, IT) and leveraging AI tools to optimize outreach efficiency.
Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland). Three days in the office each week required.

What you will do
- Generate qualified pipeline through multi-channel outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
- Conduct deep account and persona research to craft highly personalized outreach.
- Partner with Sales Directors to build strategic account plans and prioritize opportunities.
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and technical pain points for data and IT leaders.
- Maintain accurate activity and opportunity data within Salesforce.
- Utilize AI tools and sales technologies to enhance prospecting efficiency and messaging quality.
Requirements
- 9+ months of experience in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or technology sales development.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Dublin office (Hybrid: 3 days/week).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts related to data, analytics, cloud, and AI infrastructure.
- Proven experience with outbound prospecting and multi-threaded account engagement.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for research and productivity.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into data, analytics, engineering, or IT organizations.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, or cloud data warehouses.
- Experience with Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Gong.
- Previous experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
