What you will do

• Own the end-to-end planning and execution of annual Sales Kickoff (SKO) and Company Kickoff (CKO) events.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the President's Club incentive travel program.
• Lead strategic design and logistics for the external User Conference.
• Provide operational support for tier 1 field events like Black Hat and RSAC.
• Manage budgets, vendor negotiations, and contracting for all flagship programs.
• Coordinate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate events, conference management, or experiential marketing.
• Proven track record of managing multi-day, multi-stakeholder flagship events at scale.
• Experience with incentive travel programs and large-scale customer-facing conferences.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Must be comfortable with up to 30% travel for program execution and site visits.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with event management platforms like Cvent or Splash.
• CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) or equivalent certification.
