Salary: $170,100 - $210,000 annually

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of annual Sales Kickoff (SKO) and Company Kickoff (CKO) events.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the President's Club incentive travel program.
- Lead strategic design and logistics for the external User Conference.
- Provide operational support for tier 1 field events like Black Hat and RSAC.
- Manage budgets, vendor negotiations, and contracting for all flagship programs.
- Coordinate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in corporate events, conference management, or experiential marketing.
- Proven track record of managing multi-day, multi-stakeholder flagship events at scale.
- Experience with incentive travel programs and large-scale customer-facing conferences.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Must be comfortable with up to 30% travel for program execution and site visits.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with event management platforms like Cvent or Splash.
- CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) or equivalent certification.
