What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of global events, including hirify.globalCon, RSA, Black Hat, and virtual experiences.
• Drive pipeline generation and brand awareness through data-driven marketing activities and pre-event campaigns.
• Manage full event logistics: venue sourcing, keynote speakers, registration (Marketo/Cvent), and onsite execution.
• Collaborate with Sales GTM, Product Marketing, and Executive leadership to align programs with national objectives.
• Administer MDF (Market Development Funds), securing partner funding and managing budgets via NetSuite.
• Analyze event ROI and contribution to company KPIs through post-event reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional business marketing event management experience, including large-scale events.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or English.
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Cvent, NetSuite, WorkFront, or Airtable.
• Ability to travel 15-20% as required for events.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
