What you will do

• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns, primarily LinkedIn Ads, to drive inbound pipeline.
• Refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and audience segmentation based on engagement and conversion data.
• Build and optimize multi-channel outbound prospecting sequences via LinkedIn and email.
• Develop and manage a professional community to drive member acquisition and engagement.
• Lead field marketing efforts, including end-to-end event logistics and post-event follow-up campaigns.
• Utilize GenAI workflows to craft campaign copy, sequence messaging, and ad creative.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation at a B2B startup.
• Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns and optimizing for pipeline.
• Experience building and managing outbound sequences on major platforms.
• High proficiency with GenAI tools for content crafting and workflow automation.
• Comfort with data analysis to spot trends and iterate on strategies.
• Must be based in the United States and willing to travel for industry events.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, identity, or healthcare verticals.
• Familiarity with HeyReach, Apollo, Clay, or HubSpot.
• Experience in professional community building.
• Basic coding ability for scripting, web development, or automation.
