What you will do

• Own the execution and optimization of demand generation programs, including webinars, nurture programs, and email campaigns.
• Partner with Product Marketing to develop and execute launch plans and activation programs.
• Serve as the central orchestrator between Marketing, SDRs, Sales, and Product Marketing teams.
• Establish program goals, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to monitor pipeline contribution.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign planning, content development, and reporting workflows.
• Conduct post-campaign analyses to provide actionable recommendations for business outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in integrated campaigns, demand generation, or marketing operations.
• Proven experience executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign and program performance.
• Must be based in the US.
