Location: Remote or Hybrid within the US

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and manage industry events for key business portfolios, including pre-planning, execution, and post-event reporting.
  • Own the strategy and execution of annual Regional Events and support the marquee annual event, hirify.global Connect.
  • Manage vendor event budgets, handle invoicing, and provide accurate timely financial reports.
  • Research and implement strategic software solutions (e.g., Cvent, Sendoso) to create operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align event goals and track ROI via Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
  • Develop event-specific content and communication materials for social media, email, and presentations.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Event Management.
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must be based in the United States (employment eligibility verified via E-Verify).
  • Proven experience in budget management and vendor relationship development.
  • Technical competence in Google Suite for business.
  • Ability to travel 15% - 20% (primarily within the US).

Nice to have

  • CMP (Certified Meeting Planner) designation.
