Salary: $211,800 — $291,300 USD

What you will do

• Oversee regional performance targets, including billable utilization and team growth.
• Partner with account and field engineering leaders to scope and deliver transformational professional services programs.
• Establish best practices for project oversight, risk management, and quality standards.
• Synthesize field insights to provide direct feedback to product and engineering roadmaps.
• Serve as the critical escalation point for high-stakes customer situations.
• Mentor engineers through structured career pathways and technical coaching.

Requirements

• Active U.S. government security clearance (secret or higher strongly encouraged).
• Must be based in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia metropolitan area.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience managing technical delivery teams or professional services.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a technical solutions architect or data/AI engineer.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale data platform migrations and AI/ML programs.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and offices approximately 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, MLflow, or Delta Lake.
• Experience working within the Public Sector or highly regulated enterprise environments.
