What you will do

• Direct consulting engagements by overseeing evidence-based research and payer analytics.
• Develop high-level strategic recommendations and present them to senior client leadership.
• Manage multiple concurrent project teams to ensure high-quality, on-time, and budget-compliant deliverables.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including proposal development.
• Mentor and coach junior staff members to ensure professional growth and project excellence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted-advisor relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in life sciences consulting with a proven track record of managing project teams.
• Deep expertise in US pricing and market access, including payer analytics and value-based pricing models.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong research, conceptual, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and oversee creative, well-structured PowerPoint presentations.
• Must be based in the US and capable of working in an independent remote environment.

• Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or MS) in a relevant field.
• Experience with primary and secondary research methodologies.
