Technical Project Manager / Senior Business Analyst

TL;DR

Technical Project Manager / Senior Business Analyst (Power BI/Power Apps): Lead daily task-order execution while serving as the senior business analyst for analytics, AI/ML, Power BI, Power Apps, and system-integration work with an accent on translating Government mission needs into actionable requirements, acceptance criteria, schedules, and technical work packages. Focus on managing Government communications, maintaining integrated schedules and delivery tracking, and coordinating technical reviews, demonstrations, and production releases.

Location: Remote (work remotely during normal Government working hours); travel to Fort Lee, Virginia at least three times annually

What you will do

• Serve as the daily interface with the Government technical manager and COR, including kickoff, meeting minutes, and monthly progress reporting.
• Maintain the integrated project schedule and delivery tracking (deliverable register, risk register, issue log, decision log, action-item tracker, percent-complete).
• Translate operational needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized work.
• Coordinate model development, dashboard development, data integration, application development, testing, and production reviews.
• Manage scope boundaries and elevate potential changes before out-of-scope work begins.
• Track Government data/access/licensing/environment/approval dependencies and coordinate knowledge transfer and technical documentation delivery.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance.
• Direct experience managing software, analytics, data, cloud, ERP, or Power Platform delivery.
• Experience developing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, or functional specifications.
• 8+ years of professional experience; 5+ years managing technical delivery projects or task orders.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams of ~5+ technical personnel and coordinating schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and customer reporting.
• Ability to work remotely during normal Government working hours and travel to Fort Lee, Virginia at least three times annually.

Nice to have

• DoD/Army or other Federal customer experience.
• Experience with analytics, Power BI, Power Apps, Azure, data engineering, AI/ML, ERP, or logistics-system delivery.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, or comparable certification.
• Familiarity with Army sustainment, GCSS-Army, SAP, supply, maintenance, readiness, or property-accountability missions.
