What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering sessions to document user stories, workflows, and business rules for AMI systems.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including System, Integration, End-to-End, Regression, and UAT.
• Manage defect triage, prioritization, and root cause analysis across multiple teams and vendors.
• Ensure AMI solutions satisfy regulatory compliance, cybersecurity controls, and operational audit requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners within an Agile delivery framework to optimize business processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, Business Analysis, or Quality Assurance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading QA or business analysis initiatives.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end testing for enterprise-level applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work from the Detroit, MI office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Nice to have

• Experience with AMI, Meter Data Management (MDM), or utility operations.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, Selenium, or TestRail.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and testing automation frameworks.
• Experience validating data integrations and cloud-based solutions.
