What you will do

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for demand planning, procurement, and logistics.
• Track critical operational KPIs including forecast accuracy, OTIF, and inventory turns.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Liaise between operations and IT teams to define data mappings and ETL requirements.
• Monitor data quality across ERP systems and establish automated exception reporting.
• Utilize generative AI tools to optimize workflows and draft operational documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in a CPG or FMCG environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and semantic modeling.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and dimensional modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure data platforms.
• Active working knowledge of prompt engineering and enterprise LLM tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Business Central ERP.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with Kinaxis Maestro or similar APS systems.
• Professional certifications such as PL-300 or DP-203.
