Compensation: $149,820 - $198,370 USD

What you will do
- Cultivate and deepen relationships with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) to grow their in-plan advisory business.
- Drive the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of the Advisor Managed Account program.
- Identify business opportunities to leverage platform capabilities, including Private Asset investment, to drive value for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, product management, marketing, and compliance to ensure program success.
- Stay abreast of retirement advisory industry trends, product developments, and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures while managing incident resolution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of financial services experience building and maintaining relationships with RIAs in the Defined Contribution market.
- Active Series 7 and 65 licenses (Series 24 preferred).
- Strong understanding of Advisor Managed Accounts, retirement advice vendors, and associated tools.
- Proven ability to lead and drive results in a matrix environment.
- Enterprise-level project management skills with a focus on taking ownership from start to finish.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
