Director, Product Management – Bureau Solutions

Location: Hybrid role based in Shakopee, Minnesota, United States, requiring three days per week in the headquarters office. Unrestricted US work authorization is required.

Salary: $165,506–$242,743 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop and lead growth strategies for high-volume financial card and government ID issuance solutions.
• Own integrated product and segment roadmaps across software, hardware, and services.
• Develop business cases, pricing strategies, investment recommendations, and strategic partnerships.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and developments in banking and government ID programs.
• Manage global product revenue and profitability, including margin targets and remediation plans.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, customer operations, marketing, sales, and channel organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or technology.
• At least 10 years of experience in product management and/or product development.
• Experience delivering software, hardware, and service solutions; experience in identity and card issuance markets is preferred.
• Experience with Agile development environments and detailed functional specifications for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 30% and lead, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to lawfully work in the United States with unrestricted US work authorization and work from the Shakopee headquarters three days per week.

• MBA or a technical degree.
• Experience in financial services, banking, payments, or government ID industries.
