Director, Product Management (Security): Developing and refining growth strategies for high-volume issuance solutions for financial card and government ID markets with an accent on recurring revenues and solution roadmaps. Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or commute to Shakopee, MN (3 days per week). Must have unrestricted US work authorization.

Salary: $165,506–$242,743 per year

What you will do

• Develop business case recommendations for new market opportunities and investment requirements to facilitate planning.
• Implement simplified pricing strategies to increase market share while meeting revenue and margin targets.
• Define solution requirements, use cases, and interface diagrams for engineering and development teams.
• Analyze global trends in banking and government ID programs to inform product roadmaps and competitive intelligence.
• Manage global revenue and profitability for assigned products and maintain segment roadmaps.
• Lead people management responsibilities, including hiring, performance reviews, and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or technology.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in product management and/or development delivering software, hardware, and service solutions.
• Experience specifically within ID and Card Issuance markets.
• Proficiency in Agile-based development and creating detailed functional specifications.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Must be able to lawfully work within the US with unrestricted work authorization.

Nice to have

• MBA or a technical degree.
• Experience and background in AI and Security Solutions.
• Knowledge of financial, banking, payments, or government ID industries.
