What you will do

• Identify and prioritize GTM motions to transform through automation and AI.
• Build and ship production-grade automations using tools like Zapier and n8n.
• Own the enrichment strategy, including ICP segmentation and sales-ready intelligence workflows.
• Design multi-channel prospecting pipelines with A/B testing and deliverability infrastructure.
• Support ABM and paid media by connecting ad-platform engagement to pipeline data.
• Scale organic and inbound demand using AI to improve search visibility and speed-to-lead.

Requirements

• Must be based in Latin America and available for US Pacific-hours overlap.
• Professional experience in GTM engineering, revenue technology, or data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms like Zapier, n8n, or Clay.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce data models and CRM automation.
• Experience connecting systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
• Software or data engineering background with Python or JavaScript scripting skills.
• Prior high-growth startup experience building foundational systems from scratch.
