What you will do

• Own configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across the GTM application stack.
• Build and maintain integrations and data pipelines between GTM applications and Salesforce, including Snowflake-to-Gainsight workflows.
• Identify GTM process opportunities where AI agents, automation, and AI-assisted workflows can reduce administrative effort and improve data quality.
• Design, build, deploy, and orchestrate AI agents using platforms such as Workato, LangChain, Claude managed agents, Salesforce Agentforce, or equivalent tools.
• Monitor deployed agents, evaluate output quality, detect failures or drift, and implement human-in-the-loop approval and fallback controls.
• Partner with GTM Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Salesforce stakeholders to deliver scalable AI-augmented solutions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in technical applications, systems administration, or integrations within a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or AI-assisted tooling in production, internal pilots, or substantive personal projects.
• Practical prompt engineering experience, including designing, testing, and refining reliable production prompts.
• Experience with integration and orchestration platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Basic fluency in agent observability, logging, monitoring, output evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Strong troubleshooting, proactive problem-solving, platform agility, and communication skills for translating technical AI concepts into business outcomes.
