What you will do

• Design and build systems for customer acquisition and retention (inbound and outbound).
• Own the CRM, ensuring data is clean, structured, and reliable.
• Build internal tools, API integrations, and custom automation logic.
• Deploy AI agents across the GTM motion for research, intelligence, and outreach.
• Design the GTM data model and manage data pipelines and enrichment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in GTM engineering, technical RevOps, or growth roles.
• Hands-on experience with GTM tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly, n8n, or similar.
• Proficiency in Python or SQL for data manipulation and API calls.
• Proven experience in AI deployment (automations, agents, workflows).
• Experience with programmatic SEO and AEO.
• Must be based in London for hybrid work.
