GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: Ghent, Belgium; hybrid with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Build and maintain GTM infrastructure for lead enrichment, automated outreach, qualification, and CRM workflows.
• Turn product usage signals into automated outbound workflows that convert active users into paying customers.
• Design, test, and optimize outbound processes from trigger identification and messaging to sequencing and conversion.
• Integrate CRM, enrichment, outreach, automation, and AI tools to reduce manual work.
• Own CRM data quality, governance, and the reliability of Sales and Marketing workflows.
• Create sales enablement scripts, playbooks, demos, and tools, while running experiments across channels, data sources, and messaging.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in growth operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or RevOps within B2B SaaS.
• Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce, enrichment platforms such as Clay, and outreach tools such as Lemlist or Instantly.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Strong data management, operational rigor, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to build quickly with spreadsheets, workflows, scripts, and AI-powered tools.

Nice to have

• Product-led growth experience.
• Basic SQL or Python knowledge.
• Experience with BI tools such as Metabase or Looker.
