GTM Engineer (AI) (GTM automation, Salesforce, Clay, and agentic workflows): Building the data, integration, automation, and AI infrastructure that powers scalable pipeline generation with an accent on data quality, workflow governance, and measurable experimentation. Focus on designing production-ready GTM systems, developing BDRs into GTM engineers, and managing deliverability, compliance, cost, and reliability.
Location: United States. Fully remote position; employment terms may be fixed-term or permanent depending on the country of residence.

What you will do
- Lead the GTM Engineering function and architect the infrastructure behind scalable pipeline generation.
- Connect enrichment providers, internal data sources, CRM, sequencing, marketing automation, and data warehouse systems.
- Build inbound and outbound automation for lead scoring, routing, list building, enrichment, sequencing, and conversion tracking.
- Design agentic AI workflows for enrichment, personalization, scoring, and sales representative productivity.
- Run structured experiments, measure pipeline and conversion outcomes, and report system performance using Tableau or Looker.
- Guide the BDR team’s transition toward GTM engineering and help GTM employees build governed, production-ready automations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building GTM automation and integrations.
- Deep expertise in Clay or a comparable enrichment or workflow platform.
- Strong Salesforce experience, including data governance.
- Working proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for independently building and fixing workflows.
- Experience with Tableau or Looker, LLMs, agentic tooling, sales qualification frameworks, and multi-touch attribution.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team, with strong knowledge of deliverability, data quality, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM compliance.
