Go-To-Market Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and deploy AI-powered data enrichment systems and automated workflows to identify ideal customer profile prospects and route high-intent leads to sales teams.
• Build personalized messaging workflows and account intelligence for SDRs and closers.
• Drive, prioritize, and analyze A/B experiments and outbound pilots to improve regional pipeline generation.
• Operate as the subject matter expert for Clay, Salesloft, and Salesforce in the designated region.
• Partner with strategy, sales development, marketing, and revenue operations leaders to track funnel performance and improve commercial strategy.

Requirements

• Fluent English is mandatory, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, technical product management, or project management.
• Experience building workflows and automations with CRMs, sales engagement tools, or orchestration platforms.
• Strong interest in AI tools, automation platforms, and learning new technologies.
• Commercial and ROI-focused mindset with experience testing hypotheses and analyzing data using SQL or Excel.
• Must be based in Brazil.
