GTM Engineer (AI): Building AI-powered workflows, internal GTM applications, dashboards, and automations that help sales representatives and managers work more efficiently, with an accent on Vercel-based production agents, Clay, Salesforce, and third-party API integrations. Focus on auditing and consolidating the GTM stack, choosing between low-code and custom solutions, and designing reliable systems without creating technical debt.
Location: Hybrid in New York or San Francisco, United States
Salary: $175,000–$200,000 per year plus equity

What you will do
- Design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations for go-to-market teams.
- Turn Salesforce, warehouse, and product-usage data into dashboards, scores, and alerts used by sales representatives and managers.
- Audit the GTM tooling stack, identify gaps and overlap, and prioritize improvements independently.
- Build rep-productivity workflows quickly in response to field needs.
- Choose between low-code tools and custom AI-powered applications based on system requirements.
- Integrate third-party APIs, maintain reliable data flows, and document workflows for ongoing use.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or technical RevOps, preferably in a high-growth AI-native B2B company.
- Production experience building custom internal GTM applications and agents on Vercel.
- Fluency with AI coding assistants and agent tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Hands-on experience with Clay and direct experience with Salesforce data models and CRM changes.
- Experience owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows and using platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or Workato.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, systems architecture, and the judgment to choose between low-code and custom development.
Nice to have
- Experience with BigQuery, Databricks, Sigma, Hex, or other warehouse and BI tools.
- Experience with agent platforms or frameworks such as Gumloop, Vercel AI SDK, Claude Agent SDK, or Mastra.
- Experience with technical software sales cycles, complex GTM motions, or consolidating fragmented tooling stacks.
- Familiarity with enrichment and data-provider ecosystems beyond Clay.
