GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York or San Francisco, United States

Salary: $175,000–$215,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Build and ship AI-powered agents, automations, and productivity workflows for GTM teams.
• Turn Salesforce, data warehouse, and usage data into dashboards, scores, and alerts used by sales representatives and managers.
• Audit the GTM tooling stack, identify gaps and overlaps, and prioritize the implementation backlog.
• Build custom internal applications and AI-powered solutions on Vercel and Claude Code when low-code tools are insufficient.
• Integrate third-party APIs to reliably synchronize events and information across GTM systems.
• Design workflows with upstream and downstream system dependencies in mind and document the resulting solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or technical Revenue Operations, preferably in a high-growth AI-native B2B company.
• Production experience shipping agents and internal GTM applications on Vercel with durable workflows and sandboxed execution.
• Hands-on production experience with AI coding assistants and agent tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
• Strong experience with Clay and Salesforce, including CRM data models and CRM-level changes.
• End-to-end ownership of AI and automation workflows, plus proficiency with n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar platforms.
• Fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks, with strong judgment about when to use low-code or custom development.

Nice to have

• Experience with BigQuery, Databricks, Sigma, or Hex for reporting and alerting.
• Experience with agent platforms or frameworks such as Gumloop, Vercel AI SDK, Claude Agent SDK, or Mastra.
• Experience with technical software sales cycles, complex GTM motions, enrichment ecosystems, or stack consolidation.
• Experience working in high-growth B2B technology companies.
