What you will do

• Facilitate client workshops to analyze and document business requirements aligned with agency objectives.
• Convert mission-level needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications within an Agile/Scrum model.
• Perform gap assessments between legacy workflows and ServiceNow capabilities to inform build vs. configure decisions.
• Own backlog quality and ensure all items meet the Definition of Ready before sprint intake.
• Counsel government clients on platform best practices to minimize technical debt and ensure compliance with Section 508 and FISMA/NIST standards.
• Lead UAT planning, author test scripts, and coordinate sessions with agency personnel.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including 3+ years focused on the ServiceNow platform.
• Demonstrable background supporting federal contracting environments (DoD, DHS, or civilian agencies).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and backlog management tools like Jira or ServiceNow Agile.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio or LucidChart.
