TL;DR

Salary: $60,000 - $180,000 USD

What you will do

• Analyze business and operational requirements across multiple programs and security enclaves.
• Define and maintain incident management, escalation, and notification procedures.
• Monitor and report on operational metrics, SLOs, and service performance.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop business process models, workflow documentation, and operational playbooks.
• Prepare and deliver executive briefings and presentations for leadership review.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Incident Management and Escalations & Notifications.
• 3+ years of experience in Cyber Triage and Enterprise Performance Reporting.
• 3+ years of experience in preparing Executive Presentations.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bethesda, MD.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting IT Operations, Enterprise Support, or Mission Operations.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and operational governance frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile, DevSecOps, and cloud-based delivery environments.
• Experience within government or highly regulated environments.
