What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of onboarding projects, including contracting, configurations, testing, and go-live.
• Define project scope, requirements, and objectives in collaboration with customers and product engineering.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and action items.
• Manage issues and risks proactively, presenting solutions to stakeholders and the executive team.
• Conduct project meetings with cross-functional teams and C-suite leadership to communicate progress.
• Establish metrics and reports to monitor goal progress and identify performance gaps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in health system operations or enterprise project management.
• Proven skills in enterprise or large health system portfolio management.
• Experience leading product demonstrations and presentations for executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
• Familiarity with healthcare software and data analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
