What you will do

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from sales handoff through production deployment, stabilization, and transition to support.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects including SaaS applications, statewide initiatives, and EHR integrations across the product portfolio.
• Develop comprehensive implementation strategies, project plans, risk mitigation plans, and communication frameworks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for executive sponsors, state partners, and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Sales, and Security to ensure successful delivery.
• Mentor Implementation Project Leads and continuously improve delivery methodologies and operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing implementations or enterprise project management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience with healthcare technology, SaaS, EHR integrations, or interoperability is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Cloud Coach.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
