Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly

What you will do

• Meet month-end close deadlines by preparing assigned journal entries.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist with invoicing tasks, including billing templates and pass-through expense reconciliation.
• Prepare audit schedules and collaborate directly with external auditors.
• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting controls and procedures.
• Serve as a backup for other finance department roles as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Proficiency in complex spreadsheets and accounting systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or CPA track.
• Experience with Microsoft D365.
